This was so different from what I was expecting.

I read the first book in the series, so I knew what was going on, but what I got was a surprise. This did have a bit of Daddy in it, but it also has puppy play, watersports, knife play, and just a lot of stalking.

And fighting, so much fighting.

I loved both MCs. Gabriele was both sad and in need of serious therapy. Cal was so innocent until he fell under Gabriele's spell.

The overarching story about the Mafia family and the people after them is still unresolved but we find out a bit more.

This was an arc version so there were a lot of spelling and grammar errors. I hope the version that gets released will be edited.
