Moonrise Academy: The Mysterious Boyfriend: Academy Shifters Book 2 (Academy Shifters #2) by Wendy Rathbone

This was a story about a very young man named Vash who was taken as an indentured servant when he was 17 and was treated really badly. He also had some Stockholm syndrome going on with the guy who took him.

Vash meets Calen and his life is changed.

I really liked the explanation of this particular omegaverse in the beginning of the story, most of the time one finds out about what particular details the world has when they read it. This also had nothing to do with the academy, outside of Calen working there. Vash was not a student there.

I also liked that Calen was an older omega and no one mentioned it. It was just accepted.

As weird as it may seem, I want The Heir to find his happy and to admit that he actually cares for Vash.
