Omega's Heat (Misty City Omegas) by River Ryan

I went into this without doing more than reading the title.

I'm so glad I did. This literally had all of my favorite tropes in a short 70 page love story.

Benji was an omega who lived by himself and never had a heat before. Mercer was an alpha who conveniently lived in the apartment above him and grumpily wanted him from afar.

A snowstorm happens, a first heat appears and a fated mate was found.

I will be reading the rest of this series.
