This story had so much packed into it.

We had dragons, secret omegas, sex trafficking, kidnapping, starvation, drugs, bad guys, family, and shifters.

Kam answers an ad for modeling and ends up being kidnapped. Another victim starts a fire and Dima shows up to save everyone inside.

Within moments, Dima feels the mating instinct. Kam knows he is different but not what he really is.

Kam has some issues with having been taken and starved, but the triplet dragons make him feel better about leaving the house.

Kam and Dima bond and now all four can talk to each other via their minds. There was no mpreg in this at all.

I really hope the whole other beings being taken arc gets resolved within the brothers stories.
